By submitting these details you confirm that
all details are to the best of your knowledge and are
accurate and correct. You also declare that you are a
private seller and not a builder or developer.
Builders and developers should contact us directly.
You further understand that although listings are free,
in the event of a sale by us, you agree to pay the due
agency commission. Clients using Assured Estate as their
sole agent pay our sole agency fee of 2.5% of sale value.
For properties that are being listed on a "multi
agency" basis, please contact us for details on our
rates. If you have chosen the sole agent option (above),
it is your responsibility to ensure that Assured Estate
are the only agency listing your property. Properties
listed on sole agency terms will be suspended from our
listings until they are removed elsewhere.
You also submit your property details fully understanding
that although 10% deposit is taken on signing of contracts,
this may be held by our UK Solicitors until Title Deed
Transfer. Deposit and balance payments are forwarded to
the vendor(s) on transfer of title deed into the name
of the new owner(s). In the event that the purchaser pays
the deposit and does not proceed to full purchase, the
deposit shall be equally shared between vendor and agency.
