• All properties listed must meet our Assured criteria and be available for risk free purchase - or we don't list.
• Deposits (typically 10% to 30%) are paid directly to our UK Solicitors and held in Escrow - Not a penny passes to the vendor until full title deed is ready for collection
• Balance is not due until completion AND title deed is completed and ready for transfer. Our lawyers in Turkey will not transfer any funds until they have a title deed
• We do not inflate prices on resale properties - vendors add their properties themselves, including the price.
• As in the UK, we offer fee discounts for sole agency marketing - meaning savings for vendors and the most comprehensive range available.
• We include a full progress reporting system for new builds, together with a full, final quality assurance report - prior to requesting release of your funds.
• We ensure that properties sold through us are not only legally owned, but also have the correct paperwork in order. For the protection of the buyers and sellers we do not list re-sale properties where we are not in receipt of a faxed copy of the Deeds (Tapu)

Stage payments, which provide funding from the client to the developer at regular progress intervals, are the traditional method of financing new build properties. It is when the developer or builder suffers financial difficulties that earlier stage payments are vulnerable. Again, this is rare - but if it happens, an extremely worrying future in foreign courts can be the only outcome. We sat down and with help and advice from our UK and Turkish lawyers, devised a purchasing process that is entirely risk free to the purchaser.
